How to Get Blacklisted
The blacklist feature is a protective measure designed to ensure your privacy and safety on our platform. If you are blacklisted, other users will be completely unable to target you with the /snipe or /stalk commands. This is part of our commitment to maintaining a fun and safe environment for everyone, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Who Can Request a Blacklist?
To ensure this feature is used fairly, we have two main criteria for users who can request to be permanently or temporarily blacklisted:

Roblox Content Creators You are a content creator for any Roblox game with a significant following (e.g., 30,000+ followers with a healthy view-to-like ratio on your content). -
Harassment Victims You are being actively harassed by other users who are leveraging the bot's features against you (e.g., repeated, unwanted sniping or stalking).
New System: Timed Blacklists
As part of our recent v2 update, we introduced a 'Timed Blacklist' system. While this was not highlighted in the main v2 announcement article, it is a crucial new tool for handling abuse reports.
Temporary blacklists will be issued to those being harassed. The duration of this temporary protection will be determined by our staff based on the severity of the case, giving you a period of guaranteed privacy.
How to Request a Blacklist
If you believe you meet the criteria above, you can request a blacklist by getting in touch with our staff.
- Method 1: Join our official support server at discord.gg/bloxiana and notify a member of the staff team.
- Method 2: Message a staff member privately if you feel more comfortable doing so.
Please be prepared to provide any necessary proof (e.g., links to your social media/content, screenshots of harassment) to help our staff review your case quickly and effectively.
