1. Overview
Welcome to Bloxiana! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the Bloxiana Discord Bot (the "Service", "Bot") and its associated website. By adding, inviting, or using the Bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to use services like Discord. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you affirm that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Bloxiana responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Unlawful Violations
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Service Impairment
Attempting to disrupt, spam, overload, or impair the standard functionality of the Bot.
Abuse & Harassment
Using the Bot to harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or general toxicity towards others.
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or gain unauthorized access to the database or related servers.
Commercial Exploitation
Selling, renting, transferring, or leasing access to the Bot, its premium perks, or dashboard slots without our explicit written consent.
Roblox Tracking & Security Scans
Our Roblox user tracking and Rotector scanning features are provided strictly for analytical, convenience, and server security purposes. By using these features, you agree:
- Not to use tracking features to target, stalk, harass, defame, or threaten any individual.
- Not to bypass Roblox API limitations or manipulate gathered data to violate Roblox Community Standards.
- You acknowledge that all tracked data is sourced from public Roblox APIs, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies or service downtime on Roblox.
Developer API Terms
If you generate and use Bloxiana Developer API keys, you agree to comply with the following developer restrictions:
- You must respect rate limits and refill intervals. Refrain from scraping, spamming, or executing malicious requests.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Any action taken with your keys is your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to revoke keys, apply strict rate limiting, or restrict access at any time without prior notice.
4. Third-Party Terms
Your use of Bloxiana is also subject to the terms and guidelines of the platforms it operates on. By using the Bot, you agree to comply with:
Discord Guidelines
Bloxiana is a verified Discord application. All actions taken through it must abide by Discord's rules.
Failure to comply with third-party platform rules may result in immediate suspension of access to our Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original source code, structures, graphic assets, dashboard components, branding, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Bloxiana and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Bloxiana's trademarks, branding, or layouts without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms or the terms of the third-party platforms mentioned. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bloxiana or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g., through a bot announcement or on a designated support server, if applicable) prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
