Dissatisfaction with the Service, its custom elements, bot command response speeds, or overall features.

Inactivity or non-use of the purchased features, subscriptions, tokens, or custom server setups.
Account Revocation
Termination of your access to the Service due to a violation of our Terms of Service or platform rules (Discord, Roblox).
Technical Limitations
Technical issues not directly attributable to Bloxiana's system fault, or external provider downtime that could not be resolved after reasonable attempts.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a purchase made through Bloxiana is a violation of this Policy and our Terms of Service.
Consequences of Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Bloxiana reserves the right to take immediate action:
- Immediately and permanently revoke access to all associated purchased services, premium slots, and configurations.
- Permanently suspend or terminate your Bloxiana dashboard access and ban linked Discord/Roblox accounts across all services without prior notice.
If you encounter an issue, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, our team is always ready to assist.
