# Guild Tracking

> Track Roblox players server-wide with notifications in a shared channel

<Note icon="arrow-right-left">
  **Renamed from "stalk" to "track".** On January 27, 2026 we renamed this feature and its commands from "stalk" to "track", since "track" is a clearer name for what it actually does. Older screenshots and guides may still say "stalk".
</Note>

Guild Tracking lets you and your server members track Roblox players together, with every notification posted in one dedicated channel. It's ideal for clans, friend groups, and communities who want to keep tabs on specific users as a team.

## Why use Guild Tracking

Guild Tracking is the right choice if:

* You and your friends want to monitor players without each person adding them to a personal list.
* You run a clan server and want a pingable role for status updates.
* You want every notification centralized in one public channel.
* You need to track up to 15 players for the entire server.

## Feature limitations

To keep performance high and reduce spam in a server, not all notifiers are available in Guild Tracking. These stay exclusive to personal [User Tracking](/docs/tracking/user):

* Avatar changes
* Friend and following changes
* Playtime

Guild Tracking focuses on **status indicators** (online, offline, in-game, Studio) and **awarded badges**.

## Setting it up

Everything is configured through one interactive command:

```
/setup
```

Run `/setup` in your server and Bloxiana will walk you through it. From the setup menu you can:

* See an overview of your current settings.
* Add or remove players from the guild track list.
* Choose the notification channel.
* Set the manager roles that are allowed to change the track list.
* Set the role that gets pinged for status updates.
* Configure which statuses (and Discord Rich Presence) trigger notifications.
* Reset specific settings, or all of them, back to default.
